The Eiffel Tower

The Eiffel tower is the star attraction in Paris, France that to this day receives over six million visitors every single year. The tower stands tall at an impressive 324 meters high and receives a new lick of paint every seven years and it takes around 15 months to finish the paint job. The paint colour used on this impressive structure is actually called “Tour Eiffel brown” and is used in three separate shades with the lightest shade at the top and the darkest shade at the bottom. The Eiffel tower was listed as an historical monument in 1964 and has the names of 72 scientists engraved on it.

No holiday compares to the luxury and paradise of an Italian venetian holiday. Take care not to visit this beautiful water filled Italian city in the summer months where it can become too hot and the water too stagnant. There is lots to do in this beautiful canal city including sample fine Italian cuisine, drink real Italian coffee, relax in a gondola ride down the canals and view the marvelous and interesting architecture.

This is more of  relaxing holiday to enjoy but with hundreds of islands to explore around these canals you will definately not be stuck for something to do!
